The integration of a servo-drive system with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) enables intelligent recognition of panel specifications and automatic adjustment of equipment dimensions to complete the separating of green cake. Following the separating, the result of separating is inspected. Green cake separator helps reduce adhesion during autoclaving enhances the product's qualification rate.
In Teeyer's new production system, including the batching and pouring system, reinforced mesh fabrication and hanging system, cutting system, autoclaving system, green cake separator system, packaging system etc. through RFID which is employed for data collection and sharing of equipment operating parameters. This achieves the goal of unmanned and automatic operation. Ultimately, it enables fully digitized operation and management of the production process, contributing to lean manufacturing practices.
