The pre-curing cart is used convey the mould after pouring to the the pre-curing room, and then convey the pre-curing mould to be cut. The mould cart to be transferred is sent from the ground track to the ferry cart through the friction wheel on the ground and the friction wheel on the ferry cart. The pre-curing ferry cart drives off the track to be transferred. After the ferry cart is aligned with the receiving track, the friction wheel on the ferry cart will push the mould onto the track.

The pre-curing ferry cart can realize the horizontal transfer of a large amount of materials in the production of aerated concrete, which can increase the speed of material turnover and improve the efficiency of production and operation.
