The driving part of ferry cart carries the autoclaved cake, to connect the autoclaving cart automatically, then pulling the cake out of autoclave. The first autoclaving cart will unhook connection with driving part, then transferred by ferry cart to return rail, the unloading area.

The ferry cart can stop, position, and get aligned to the rails accurately after rapid transverse movement. When being loaded, the cart can convert the frequency and run slowly. However, the empty cart can run quickly also by converting the frequency when it is returning.

The ferry cart can realize the horizontal transfer of a large amount of materials in the production of aerated concrete, and can effectively cooperate with a variety of blank transfer cars to increase the material turnover speed, reduce the use range of the cake transfer carts, and improve the efficiency of production and operation.
