Batching and pre-curing section
Batching and pre-curing section

Main equipment in this section are slurry and powder batching system, aluminum powder automatic measuring and mixing system, pouring mixer, pin-inserting and pin-drawing out hoister, pouring ferry cart, pre-curing ferry cart, friction wheel, etc.

The raw materials are added to the pouring mixer after accurate measurement according to the set recipe, and the mixed materials are evenly stirred in the pouring mixer, and the stirred slurry is poured into the mould.

In the production of plates, the pin-inserting hoister inserts the assembled steel mesh cage into the slurry.

The mould bearing the slurry is transported by the ferry cart to the pre-curing room for static maintenance, and the slurry in the mould completes the gas hardening in the pre-curing room to form a blank cake.

The mould is transported to the cutting area by the pre-curing ferry cart. During production, the pin-drawing  is completed in this process.

Cutting section

Main equipment in this section are tilting hoister, cutting machine, tilting table, loading hoister, etc.

It is the core section in the production process of AAC products

The mould loaded with the cake is demoulded by the tiliting hoister

The cake with the side plate is placed on the cutting cart, and the product is completed by side, horizontal and vertical cutting.

The cut cake is completed by the tilting table to remove and recycle the corner waste.

After the waste is removed, the cake is completed by the loading hoister and the ferry cart.
